Change workflow (domains and hostnames)

This workflow was moved out of the Domains inventory page so it can live with other operational procedures.

Change workflow (high level)

When adding or changing a public hostname:

1. Confirm the domain page and where DNS is managed (nameservers) and any email dependencies.
2. If it’s an EVEO-hosted app, update the reverse proxy (web.core.lef) and confirm the access path (see Access).
3. Update DNS in the authoritative DNS provider (public DNS depends on nameservers).
4. If LAN/VPN users must access the public hostname, update split-horizon DNS (see DNS split horizon).
5. Issue or renew TLS certificates (see SSL certs for web server).
