Quick checks
Section titled “Quick checks”- Confirm you’re connected to VPN (and it stays connected).
- Confirm internal hostnames resolve (DNS) and route over VPN.
- If SSO succeeds but VPN access is denied, check you have the required access assignment/group.
What to collect before escalating
Section titled “What to collect before escalating”- Your public location (country) and timestamp (UTC).
- Exact error text/screenshot from the VPN client or portal.
- Whether DNS fails (hostnames don’t resolve) vs routing fails (resolves but doesn’t connect).
